T-Mobile unveils the Motorola CLIQ with MOTOBLUR

motocliq1T-Mobile today announced the upcoming The Motorola CLIQ, the first Android based device from Motorola, Inc. The phone’s interface is built around what Motorola is calling “MOTOBLUR.”

The phone looks solid with same old Qualcomm MSM7201a processor that you might have noticed in HTC Magic and HTC G1, 3G-capable, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a full 3.1-inch HVGA touch-screen display, a custom Android GUI, 5MP camera with Auto Flash, 24 FPS video cam, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm headset jack, a music player with pre-loaded Amazon MP3 store application, Shazam, iMeem Mobile, and a pre-installed 2GB microSD memory card with support for up to 32 GB of removable memory.

The Motorola CLIQ syncs Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, Picasa, personal emails and others with a customizable homescreen that displays the information users want from any the social services. MOTOBLUR automatically delivers these updates to the home screen in easy-to-view streams so there is no need to open and close different mobile applications to keep up with the latest content.
