Nokia, the world’s largest cell phone maker, is getting into computer business. During a press event Nokia announced that it is partnering with AT&T to sell its new Nokia Booklet 3G for $299, with two year contract. After two aborted attempts over the past few years to create the alliance, Intel (INTC) and Nokia (NOK) finally said “I Do” to each other on Tuesday. The world’s largest computer chipmaker and the No. 1 mobile phone maker said that they are embarking on a long-term partnership. Nokia revealed its first ever touch-screen smartphone Nokia N97 at its annual Nokia World show in Barcelona. Nokia today also started selling a first touchscreen phone 5800 XpressMusic.
